Registration
Our Classes
Our space is designed for small classes or hands-on workshops. This allows you to enjoy a workshop or class without a big crowd or inability to see the instructor, but in order to do this, we need participants to pre-register. Please sign up in advance in order to reserve a spot. Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment must be received before taking the class. Thank you!

Enrollment Policy
Enrollment is limited to a certain amount of people, and we do need to meet our minimum before a class can occur. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment to run you will be notified a week before the class is scheduled or as soon as possible.
Scholarships
What is Sliding Scale?
The sliding scale is a tool that allows for a product or service to be obtained at multiple price points based on the circumstances of the purchaser. For a sliding scale to work it relies on the principles of truthfulness and accountability. We do not ask for income verification. We prefer to trust our students. Our teachers deserve to get paid and students deserve classes which recognize the multiple realities of economic access and privilege that exist.
Each class will indicate if a scholarship/sliding scale is available. If you can pay full price, we encourage you to do so! Income from our programs goes back into our programs to help pay for our talented and hard-working teachers and for supplies. It also helps cover scholarships for students who can not afford to pay the full rate. Everyone deserves to learn! If you can’t pay full price, we understand. Please review our guidelines below to see where you fit.
We need to cover our costs and make sure our teachers are paid fair wages so we can only offer a certain amount of sliding scale spots per class. If there are scholarship spots left, we can provide you with a promo code for registration*.
Cancellations
We realize that things come up but due to the small size of our classes, it is important to let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We want to honor our instructors’ hard work and time by paying them fairly. If people cancel, we will need to fill that spot as soon as we can. Thank you for your understanding!
Also, in the case of a staff emergency or snow storm, classes will be canceled and a full refund will be provided. In some cases, the instructor may decide to offer a make-up date. We will contact you to find out if you would prefer a make-up class or a full refund if a class/workshop is canceled.
Refunds
A full refund will be given if you cancel 14 days or more before the first session of a class or the day of an event/workshop is scheduled
A 50% refund will be issued with less than 14 days notice.
No refunds can be given if you cancel within 48 hours.
