Share Our Space
We'd love to share our creative space with you! Proceeds from our space rental program directly support accessible opportunities for creative expression and our inclusive arts collective led by disabled artists.
Our venue is available for hourly rentals for events, workshops, private parties, or meetings. We also offer ongoing rentals for weekly or monthly classes and meetings.

Rates
Private Events: $60/hour for first 3 hours, then $20/hour (one-day events)
Non-Profit/Artist Rate: $30/hour for first 3 hours, then $15/hour (one-day events)
Ongoing Programs: For people offering weekly workshops or other recurring programs, we can offer reduced rates or trades based on your specific needs. Contact us to discuss details.
Community Support: We offer one free donated spot annually to a non-profit, artists, or aligned organization for recurring programs. In return, we ask recipients to help spread the word about our space and arts collective, and to assist with caring for our shared space. When people use our venue, we consider it their space too!
Availability
Rentals are available when we have free space between our programs during the hours of 9 am and 9:00 pm. We have families living above and next to our space. We provide rentals during hours that will keep it peaceful for our community. Thanks for understanding!

Space Layout & Capacity
Double House is an intimate space with two connected rooms that create a warm, home-like atmosphere. Our space is thoughtfully divided into a workshop/kitchen area and an exhibit space. The workshop/kitchen area is ideal for groups of 12-15 people, creating connection and hands-on learning. For larger gatherings, our exhibit space provides additional room where we can set up tables and chairs, allowing you to welcome more participants. For celebrations and parties, both areas together can accommodate up to 50 people.
Welcome & Getting Settled:
For one-time events, we'll be there to welcome you and give you a tour of the space so you feel right at home! For ongoing programs, we'll show you around during your first visit and then provide you with your own door code, giving you the freedom to come and go as needed while trusting you to lock up and leave things ready for the next group.
Keeping Our Space Happy:
We'll have everything clean and ready for your arrival! All we ask is that you help us keep the space clean for the next visitors. This includes: putting furniture back where you found it, taking your gear home (or let us know if you'd like to store anything in our basement!), and tossing any overflowing or smelly trash in the bins out back. If you use our dishes or cups, just pop them in the dishwasher. Your help makes it possible for everyone to enjoy this space!
Smoke-Free Policy: No smoking inside, please. We also ask that groups avoid congregating on the front sidewalk while smoking.
