Hours of Rentals
Rentals are available when we have free space between our programs and between the hours of 10 am and 9:00 pm. We have families living above and next to our space. We provide rentals during hours that will keep it peaceful for our community. Thanks for understanding!

Smoke-Free Facility: Double House Arts is a smoke-free facility. No smoking inside. We ask that if you must smoke, please go behind our building when possible. Please do not congregate on the sidewalk in front of our space in big groups while smoking. We have renters above our space and families living next door. Please properly put out your cigarette. We have provided little metal tins for these purposes. Thank you!

Cleaning, Trash and Equipment Removal: We kindly ask that you please return the space in a nice condition for the next group. Please place furniture back where it was found and take any of your equipment home, unless you have discussed storing it in our basement. We ask that all trash be thrown out if it involves a smell (food waste) or the trash bag is full. The garbage and recycling bins can be found out back. If you used cups, dishes, etc. please place them in the dishwasher. Thanks for your help in keeping our space clean!
